Bad Breisig is the ideal starting point for a variety of walks.
The walks we suggest traverse the varied countryside in all directions of the compass. Along the Rhine via the Rheinsteig, the Rhine Heights Way (Rheinhöhenweg) or the Rhine Castles Way (Rheinburgenweg), through the volcanic Eifel along the Ahr and over the Red Wine Hiking Trail, and much more.

We put together for you 6 varied walks in detail (distances between 12 and 24 km). Enjoy spectacular views; walk up and down vineyards or over springy forest soil, past old castles and fortresses, maars and lakes. Explore an old Roman quarry and … so on

If requested, we would gladly put together with you the walk you personally wish for. And for sports enthusiasts there is the Nordic Fitness Park Ahr-Rhine-Eifel within the region, the largest Nordic Fitness Park in Germany.
